Fish and seafood: a wide-ranging culinary experience

At the International Green Week Berlin 2018 the Hamburg-based Fish Information Centre (FIZ) will be presenting a wide variety of fish. From 19 to 28 January it will be displaying a rich selection of fish, seafood and algae on a ten square-metre bed of ice – impressive proof that there is more to tasty fish than fish fingers and tinned products.

FRUIT ATTRACTION launches the 6th edition of PASARELA INNOVA

CIV’s varietal innovation also stars at Asia Fruit Logistica: great interest for the latest varieties on apple and pear trees, and strawberries. The international Strawberry Congress – where CIV was a Gold Sponsor – is wholly dedicated to strawberries and is organised by Coöperatie Hoogstraten cv which produces over 30,000 tons/year of strawberries.
