Anatolian Flavors in one place

CNR Food İstanbul prepares a special feast where visitors will experience the Anatolian cuisine at CNR EXPO. "Anatolian Flavors by 7 Skilled Chefs From 7 Regions", organized by CNR Holding and the Cooks and Chefs Federation of Turkey, will introduce the most delicious examples of the rich Anatolian cuisine, which consists of different flavors belonging to the ancient civilizations from the era of the Seljuks Empire until today. Visitors will get to taste the regional meals prepared by the chefs and participate in special workshops to learn secret recipes.

GPG brings new blackberry genetics to the market

Global Plant Genetics (GPG) and Polish Rubus breeding programme, Niwa, have just concluded a licensing arrangement for two new primocane blackberry varieties. The agreement is for GPG to represent the Maryna and Juhas cultivars in a range of international territories. Bartek Danek, Director of Niwa, stated, “it has been important for our blackberry breeding efforts to develop primocane varieties. »
Interpera2024: focus on the technical visits
