"Anatolian Flavors by 7 Skilled Chefs From 7 Regions", organized by CNR Holding and the Cooks and Chefs Federation of Turkey, will introduce the most delicious examples of the rich Anatolian cuisine, which consists of different flavors belonging to the ancient civilizations from the era of the Seljuks Empire until today. Visitors will get to taste the regional meals prepared by the chefs and participate in special workshops to learn secret recipes.
