Fruchtwelt Bodensee 2018: International summit meeting for fruit growers and farmers

12 February 2018

FRUCHTWELT BODENSEE will be taking place at the Friedrichshafen exhibition centre from 23–25 February 2018 and it’s definitely a worthwhile event for the owners and operators of fruit farms. Around 370 exhibitors from 11 countries will be displaying their latest products and services at this trade show for the European fruit-growing industry.

New at the event: “My Farm Shop”
More and more people want to know where their food comes from, and are therefore buying it directly from the producer. For many farmers this is a good way of boosting their sales. FRUCHWELT BODENSEE 2018 is responding to this development with the new “My Farm Shop” section. In the marketplace for agricultural direct sales, producers and service providers will be presenting everything required for a successful start-up: from food to complementing an existing range to technical shop fit-out, websites or legal advice. The show will put you in touch with capable contacts who can answer your questions and give you numerous useful tips. You can also benefit here from the latest new products and special trade show offers.

Focus on climate change
Climate change is a global problem but for many growers it is already a local and very concrete challenge. Speakers at FRUCHTWELT BODENSEE 2018 will be exploring the developments that can be expected in future and how fruit growers can tackle the challenges that are thrown up, with talks on subjects such as hail protection, frost damage and irrigation. This wealth of competences and knowledge gives visitors further added value as it has a direct connection with their everyday working lives and is therefore of huge practical value.

Visitors can furthermore look forward to specialist talks and seminars that examine current trends and challenges during the 38th Lake Constance Fruit Cultivation Days. The international Distillery Day will also be taking place again in 2018.

Don’t miss this opportunity to talk to international providers at this prestigious trade show. Natural products and their refinement are central to FRUCHTWELT BODENSEE whether it’s from the aspect of fruit growing, distilling or agricultural technology. From the latest types of fruit to agricultural products to cutting-edge cultivation and processing methods and pesticides – there is so much to discover.
