INTERPORC holds at MEAT ATTRACTION the final of the International Competition

The Interprofessional of White Layer Swine, INTERPORC, will hold during its participation in the second Trade Fair of the Meat Sector, MEAT ATTRACION 2018, the big final of the INTERPORC SPAIN 2018 award, on 19 September, at 12:00 hours, where six finalists from the different classification contests performed by the Interprofessional at different cities of Spain and Japan will compete. The event will be taking place within the trade fair, organised by IFEMA and the National Association of Spanish Meat Industries, ANICE, to be held from 18 to 20 September at Feria de Madrid.

To reach this final, that distinguishes the best white layer ham cutter, participants should have completed a number of tests, where the different prestigious juries evaluated aspects such as clothing and hygiene of the competitors, style of the cutters, order and cleanliness of the work area, peeling, profiling or slicing, versatility, elegance, sobriety and originality of the dishes, efficacy of execution, straightness of the cut or the finish and use of the piece.

For this new edition of INTERPORC SPAIN 2018, the technical management of the contest, headed by Sergio Bellido, has planned a final full of novelties for the finalists competing for this recognised worldwide award.
