In its last edition, 81,235 professionals from 122 countries participated, up by 19% over the previous year. The Fair has become established as a fundamental instrument for the internationalisation of the industry, a meeting point for all the professionals that make up the entire supply chain, and a framework for innovation in the fruit and vegetable market.
