10 September 2017
The promotion abroad of the 2018 edition of Macfrut - the international trade fair for the fruit and vegetable sector to be held in Rimini from 9 to 11 May – has begun by defining the programme of international missions. With a 7-month programme, the fruit and vegetable trade fair will be promoted in 27 locations across five continents.

From September to March 2018, Macfrut will be presented at specialist events and congresses, some of which organised by Cesena Fiera, focusing especially on Eastern Europe, China, South America and Africa.

“Macfrut 2018 marks the beginning of a new phase – explains Renzo Piraccini, President of Macfrut – In the last three editions, the trade fair has grown, demonstrating its vitality and its key role in the supply chain. Thanks to the involvement of stakeholders who have understood the importance of a major Italian trade fair in the sector, we are now more determined than ever to launch the event internationally. We are demonstrating this through substantial investments and incoming initiatives for international operators."
