Cibus Tec doubles up: a new Forum in October 2022 and the trade fair in 2023. And introduces a new arrival: “Cibus Tec Lab”. Get ready for Cibus Tec Forum, the new Expo Conference on food and beverage technologies, scheduled in Parma (Italy) on 25 and 26 October 2022. Cibus Tec will instead be held on October, 24-27, 2023. A postponement by 12 months made necessary by a disharmonious fair calendar, which has already seen Koelnmesse’s sister trade fair schedule Anuga FoodTec on 26 till 29 April 2022.

Macfrut, the international trade fair for the fresh produce industry, which took place from 7 to 9 September in Rimini, attracted a number of visitors that was unthinkable until just a few months ago. After over a year and a half of virtual relationships, the three-day event was the first international trade fair for the fruit and vegetable sector to be held in person and was attended by 32,600 people. Kissabel apples will soon be here again

The harvest of coloured-flesh varieties in the Northern Hemisphere has begun. Kissabel®, the innovative range of apples with coloured flesh running from pink to intense red, is about to return to the European market. Harvesting of the first Kissabel® apples began in September in the United Kingdom, France and Switzerland, with the yellow and orange skin and pink flesh varieties. In October it will be the turn of Italy and Germany, where mainly varieties with red flesh and skin are grown.
