FRUIT FUSION, the gastronomic space at FRUIT ATTRACTION

Fruit Attraction, the great festival of the fruit and vegetable sector, will once again include Fruit Fusion, the gastronomic space at the Fair, and a unique showcase for showing the international market the quality and excellence of these foods, and the infinite possibilities for consumption they offer within the Horeca channel.

With its slogan Avante-Garde Flavors, it will host attractive demonstrations and tasting sessions of local products presented by renowned chefs. Fruit Fusion, organised in collaboration with the  of the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and the Environment, will be located in the connecting hub between Halls 5 and 7 at Fruit Attraction, organised by IFEMA and FEPEX, and held from 18 to 20 October in Madrid.
Among the activities and demonstrations, Fruit Fusión will feature a selection of  showcookings that will highlight the infinite possibilities of fruits and vegetables. Dishes prepared with a variety of products, such as different varieties of lettuce, black garlic, courgette, chestnut, berries and mushrooms, Mollar de Elche pomegranates, plums, pears, apples, mangos and artichokes, among others. Products offered by exhibitors at Fruit Attraction like Afruex; Amefruits; Castile and Leon – Tierra De Sabor; Island Council of Tenerife; Alicante Provincial Council, Frutas de calidad del Bierzo; Government of la Rioja; Huercasa V gama; Hermanos Bruño; New Zealand; Plus Berries, Proexport; Región de Murcia, and Trops sat 2803.

The dishes will be prepared by renowned chefs such as Maria Gomez of the restaurant Magoga; Adrian of Marcos, Head Waiter and Sommelier of the Magoga restaurant; David Lopez Carreño, from the Local de Ensayo restaurant; Juan Antonio Pellicer Orenes, cooking teacher at the La Flota-Murcia Catering School; Pepe Valadés, from caterers Via de la Plata; Oscar García, from the restaurante de la Tierra- Tierra de Sabor El Baluarte; Moses Martinez, El Buey de Almoradí restaurant; Alejandro Tena, Meson Torreblanca; Gemma Rodríguez of the blog “Cookies for all”; Carol Vázquez, José Félix Aguilar Arpio; Lain Torres, Pedro Rodriguez, and Maxi Bernabé.
