Longer shelf life with DISPER
4 November 2015
The Spanish brand of soluble bio-stimulant products, DISPER, presented its latest trial to the media in Fruit Attraction.
Harvested strawberries were treated with DISPER Cu Max at 1 g/L and were compared to strawberries treated with water.
The trial was carried out in Spain during 7 days at a constant temperature of 24ºC.
Samples of Candonga variety fruits prone to the appearance of fungal diseases were randomly taken from a plot.
As the pictures show, the test proves that the application of DISPER Cu Max increases postharvest life of strawberries.
After 7 days, the fruits treated with DISPER Cu Max had no symptoms of rot
while the control fruits were clearly affected by postharvest diseases.
