"World Congress on Pathology and Laboratory Medicine"

PULSUS warmly welcomes all the participants, Scientists and Delegates from the globe to join our conference  "World Congress on Pathology and Laboratory Medicine" during September 10-11, 2018 at Singapore. The Singapore city is set to witness an extraordinary event which will be a learning experience for the students as well professionals. Laboratory Medicine 2018 is organized around the theme "Pathology: Recent Advances in Diagnosis and Patient Care" that will mark a gathering of pioneers and experts from the Healthcare Industry.

Pathology is a vast spectrum of the medical specialty that encompasses the study of diseases in depth to have an understanding of the causes and effects. The word Pathology comes from the Greek words “pathos” meaning “disease” and  “logos” meaning “study”. Four mechanisms related to the disease condition are studied: the cause, pathogenesis, morphogenesis and clinical manifestations of the disease. Every aspect relating to diagnosis and treatment of the disease, patient care, the use of novel techniques and prevention of disease condition is taken into account for the well being of the patient.

Clinical Laboratory Medicine involves diagnostic tests and examination of tissues and body fluids to determine patient health. Innovations in this field are rapidly growing which provides advanced and better health care for the society. A clinical lab technician carries out diagnostic tests under the guidance of a pathologist and generates reports of patient data. Recent breakthroughs in clinical medicine are bringing together medical professionals from all over the world to discuss valuable information in all perspectives.

A test field of around 3,000 m² at Macfrut 2024

At Macfrut, the sector’s innovations will be on display in an area of around 3,000 square metres, divided into two halls: one dedicated to fruit growing (Hall C1 - Agri Field Solution) and the other to soilless production techniques, commercial and industrial horticulture, and mechanisation (Hall A1 – Machinery Solutions). ‘Both of these areas allow visitors to see for themselves what they can put into practice on their own farm,’ says Luciano Trentini, an experienced agronomist. »
