Less than 2 months remain until the start of the largest exhibition for restaurant, hotel and catering equipment in Bulgaria. The only 23rd edition of SIHRE will traditionally be held at the specialized exhibition complex Inter Expo Center in Sofia from January 27 to 30, 2026. Upgraded with new exhibitors, more exhibition space and 5 stages for professional presentations by world-class names from the culinary and technological fields, the edition is expected to attract over 16,000 professional audience of representatives of the HORECA and hospitality management industry in Bulgaria, the Balkan Peninsula and Europe.

Part of the exhibition program is traditionally the specialized forum for haute cuisine GASTRONOMIX, which, organized in partnership with the Bulgarian Association of Professional Chefs, will present prominent names from the global culinary scene, with the opportunity to share trends and techniques between participants – chefs, restaurateurs, hoteliers, manufacturers and traders of specialized kitchen equipment and professional product lines. And this is just one of the five stages that will shine during the 23rd edition of the SIHRE exhibition.
