
Fruit Attraction 2018 announces the Tapas Verdes contest for non-professional chefs

Fruit Attraction is launching the Tapas Verdes (#TapasVerdesFA) competition via its social media. The competition is aimed at the general public (not professionals), who will have the opportunity to demonstrate their culinary skills by creating a tapa made with fruit and vegetables.
The participants must upload a photo of their tapa creation, which can have up to 5 ingredients, to their Instagram or Twitter profile, as well as a name for the dish and a description including the foods used. The 5 finalists with the most votes will be announced on the fair’s social media pages (3 from Instagram and 2 from Twitter), they will then prepare their tapa on 23rd October at Fruit Attraction in front of a professional jury.
The deadline to participate in the Tapas Verdes competition is 10th October.
