ITP at Gulfood Manufacturing 2025: Italian Flexible Packaging Solutions for the Middle Eastern Market

Industria Termoplastica Pavese Spa (ITP) will participate for the first time in Gulfood Manufacturing 2025, the leading food processing and packaging trade show in the Middle East, taking place from 4–6 November 2025 at the Dubai World Trade Centre.

Exhibiting in the Italian Pavilion (Shk Saeed Hall 2, Stand S2-E70), ITP will present a selection of its high-performance flexible packaging solutions, combining Made in Italy quality with features tailored to the specific needs of the Middle Eastern market — including extended shelf life, sustainability, cultural compliance, and strong visual appeal.

Innovative Technologies on Display

At Gulfood Manufacturing, ITP will showcase several of its flagship technologies:

Triflex T-Lid – a coextruded biaxially oriented film for top lidding applications, offering an oxygen barrier, high transparency, and reduced thickness. Produced with Triple Bubble® technology (unique in Italy), it ensures excellent performance while minimizing material use and environmental impact.
ClearSkinPack® – a high-barrier, invisible skin film designed for vacuum packaging. Ideal for bone-in meats, seafood, ready meals, and frozen products, it ensures premium presentation and extended shelf life.
PaperG – a thermal lamination liner for cardboard trays, applied without adhesives. It reduces plastic use by up to 80%, supports recyclability, and maintains excellent sealing and barrier properties.
FreezyPeel – a peelable film for frozen foods, designed for durability at low temperatures and convenient opening for retail and home use.

Versatile and Sustainable Packaging Solutions

Beyond top lidding and skin applications, ITP provides a comprehensive portfolio of barrier and resealable films for various food categories.

The Bariflex® and RecyBariflex series ensure strong barrier protection and recyclability, while Sealflex® and RecySealflex guarantee reliable sealing on high-speed lines.

For frozen food producers, ITP offers films with excellent cold resistance, preserving product quality and convenience.

The company also supplies a wide range of pouches and bags — including doypacks, gusset, and 3-side seal formats — made from laminated or mono-material PE films, ideal for solids, liquids, spices, coffee, cosmetics, and pet food.
