From 14–16 April 2026, the next edition of the International Food and Beverage Trade Fair WorldFood Poland 2026 will take place at EXPO XXI in Warsaw. It is one of the most important food industry events in Poland, attracting producers, distributors, importers, retailers, and HoReCa professionals from both Poland and abroad every year.
WorldFood Poland is where products, trends, and purchasing decisions come together. During the exhibition, visitors will have the opportunity to meet hundreds of producers and suppliers, discover thousands of new products, and see which of them are setting new standards and attracting the attention of buyers and distributors.
The organizers announce that the 2026 edition will bring together:
more than 350 exhibitors, around 45% of which will be international companies,
more than 110 buyers from major retail chains, including Auchan, Biedronka, Carrefour, Netto, and others,
more than 20 international buyers from markets such as the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Italy.
These figures translate into real business results. On average, each participant makes 15 new business contacts, and as many as three out of four visitors are buyers or potential partners actively looking for new products and directly influencing listing decisions.
One of the key elements of the event will be the National Pavilions, where producers from different parts of the world will present their offer. The international character of the exhibition creates a unique opportunity to establish new business relationships, expand product portfolios, and discover solutions that are already gaining recognition on global markets.
WorldFood Poland is also the perfect place to identify which products are setting new standards in the food industry and which trends are likely to shape the market in the coming years.
An important advantage of WorldFood Poland 2026 will also be its accompanying events, which will broaden the thematic scope of the exhibition and create additional space for gaining knowledge, observing trends, and discovering solutions for the entire food supply chain.
Held alongside the fair will be:
SMAKKi Gastro Fair – an event dedicated to gastronomy, food service, and the HoReCa sector,
ColdChain Poland – a trade fair focused on cold chain logistics, storage, transport, and technologies supporting the safety of temperature-sensitive products,
NutraFood Poland – an event focused on functional food, dietary supplements, healthy nutrition, natural ingredients, and technologies for this market segment.
The presence of these accompanying events means that WorldFood Poland participants will be able to look at the market in a more comprehensive way — not only through the lens of products themselves, but also logistics, processing, packaging, gastronomy, and the fast-growing healthy food segment.
WorldFood Poland 2026 is a space for companies that want to strengthen their market presence, expand sales, build new partnerships, and follow the key trends in the food and beverage sector. It is an event that connects producers with buyers and inspiration with real business.
For visitors, it is an opportunity to gain new contacts, explore the current market offer, and discover products that may shape the future of the food industry.
WorldFood Poland 2026 will take place from 14–16 April 2026 at EXPO XXI in Warsaw.
Admission to the fair is free upon prior registration.
