Fruit Attraction launches a new edition of Factoría Chef, the fair's gastronomic space

Fruit Attraction 2025 launches a new edition of Factoría Chef (Chef Factory), the innovative gastronomic space designed to highlight the excellence of fruit and vegetables to the international channel. This stage, already consolidated as one of the main attractions of the trade fair, provides exhibiting companies with a unique opportunity to conduct live cooking demonstrations and showcase their products.

This space is free and exclusively for companies participating in the Fresh Produce Area, guaranteeing that each culinary proposal revolves around the healthy and delicious world of fruit and vegetables. A way to promote the consumption of fruit and vegetables in a creative way through exciting showcooking sessions.

Each presentation, which has a  maximum duration of 40 minutes, offers a unique opportunity to inspire and innovate in the kitchen.

The 17th edition of Fruit Attraction, organised by IFEMA MADRID and FEPEX , is being held  from 30 September to 2 October and expects participation figures of over 2,500 companies, 75,000 square metres of fruit and vegetable produce and an attendance of more than 120,000 professionals from 150 countries.
