• The fresh fruit and vegetable interprofessional association Interfel seeks toget people’s attention with events, sampling session and a draw for a trip toParis
• Having contracted 2,200 m2, France is again the foreign countrywith the heaviest presence at Fruit Attraction
Once again this year, France is demonstrating all of its agri-export potential at Fruit Attractionfrom 3rd to 5th October in Madrid. The French delegation is comprised of a total of 112companies which will cover more than 2,200 m2 in hall 6 at the IFEMA fairgrounds. With its participation, the fresh fruit and vegetable interprofessional association Interfel isreinforcing its presence with more exhibition space and a full schedule of activities. “The fairhas grown and our presence has also. For our members, it’s an opportunity to meet withcustomers while it’s a time for Interfel to spread more awareness for our fresh fruits andvegetables and continue the debate with our European Union colleagues. Thus, FruitAttraction is a key date with a dual objective: a commercial one for our companies and apolitical one for our organization,” says Daniel Soares, International Director of Interfel.“Le Tour Frais” is the Interfel proposal for this edition: https://letourfrais.com/. A phase-byphasejourney in the purest Tour de France style with a stop at each of the 14 memberstands. By scanning the QR code found at each stand, trade visitors may enter the draw forthe grand prize: a trip for two to Paris. “Le Tour Frais” is also a reference to the emblematicInterfel Eiffel Tower made with fresh fruits and vegetables that will once again stand tall overthis exhibit space.
Blue Whale, El collectivo Demain la Terre, Dunkerke Port, Edenys, FDA International,Fruidor, Harmonie, Innatis, Interfel, MyLord, Nergi, Oscar Kiwi, Prince de Bretagne andSaveol are all on the list of companies coming to Fruit Attraction 2023 with Interfel. The interprofessional association’s hall will also feature an open kitchen where chef CharlesSoussin will offer little fruit and vegetable-based delicacies every day made with typicalrecipes from different French regions. Plus, the culinary influencer and Masterchefambassador, Celeste García de la Banda, will be accompanying the French chef for a showcooking session to officially open the hall on Tuesday, 3rd October at 11:30 a.m.“We trust that this edition—our 13th time at Fruit Attraction—will be quite successful for allour members. We’re convinced that the freshness, quality and variety of our fruits andvegetables will delight all trade visitors who stop by to taste them in our area,” concludesSoares.
