ITP at Gulfood Manufacturing 2025: Italian Flexible Packaging Solutions for the Middle Eastern Market

4 November 2025

Industria Termoplastica Pavese Spa (ITP) will participate for the first time in Gulfood Manufacturing 2025, the leading food processing and packaging trade show in the Middle East, taking place from 4–6 November 2025 at the Dubai World Trade Centre.

Exhibiting in the Italian Pavilion (Shk Saeed Hall 2, Stand S2-E70), ITP will present a selection of its high-performance flexible packaging solutions, combining Made in Italy quality with features tailored to the specific needs of the Middle Eastern market — including extended shelf life, sustainability, cultural compliance, and strong visual appeal.

Innovative Technologies on Display

At Gulfood Manufacturing, ITP will showcase several of its flagship technologies:

Versatile and Sustainable Packaging Solutions

Beyond top lidding and skin applications, ITP provides a comprehensive portfolio of barrier and resealable films for various food categories.

The Bariflex® and RecyBariflex series ensure strong barrier protection and recyclability, while Sealflex® and RecySealflex guarantee reliable sealing on high-speed lines.

For frozen food producers, ITP offers films with excellent cold resistance, preserving product quality and convenience.

The company also supplies a wide range of pouches and bags — including doypacks, gusset, and 3-side seal formats — made from laminated or mono-material PE films, ideal for solids, liquids, spices, coffee, cosmetics, and pet food.

Commitment to Cultural Standards: Halal Certification

Recognizing the importance of cultural and religious standards in global markets, ITP has initiated Halal certificationfor selected product lines. This ensures that its packaging solutions comply with Islamic guidelines and meet the expectations of consumers and food producers in the Middle East.

This step reinforces ITP’s commitment to inclusivity, transparency, and respect, while strengthening trust with regional partners and clients.

“Gulfood Manufacturing is a strategic opportunity for us to connect with food industry players in the Middle East, share our vision of responsible packaging, and present solutions that respect the unique characteristics of the markets we aim to grow in,”
says Paola Centonze, Chief Communication & Sustainability Officer at ITP.

ITP Among the Finalists for “Best Packaging Innovation”

ITP is proud to be among the finalists for the Industry Excellence Awards at Gulfood Manufacturing 2025, in the “Best Packaging Innovation” category. This recognition highlights ITP’s dedication to developing sustainable, high-performance packaging that combines technical excellence, food safety, and reduced environmental impact. The winners will be announced during the event in Dubai.

Made in Italy Quality for the Middle East

ITP films are engineered to meet the packaging needs of fresh and processed meat, dairy, frozen foods, ready meals, snacks, and confectionery. Their key features — including barrier properties, peelability, sealability, and durability — ensure optimal preservation, logistics efficiency, and shelf presentation for the Middle Eastern market.

All ITP products are developed and manufactured entirely in Italy, reflecting the innovation, quality, and craftsmanship that define Made in Italy excellence worldwide.
