PRIVEL 2025 opens tomorrow its first edition with 269 exhibitors and 300 buyers from 27 countries

4 November 2025

The new trade fair for the private label industry will be held on 5 and 6 November in Hall 7 of IFEMA MADRID, consolidating Madrid as an international FMCG hub.

PRIVEL 2025 will be inaugurated by Óscar Romera, Director of Economy, Commerce and Consumer Affairs (Madrid City Council).

In a context of sustained growth in the private label sector, driven by the search for value and growing consumer confidence, PRIVEL 2025, the first trade fair dedicated to the private label industry, opens its doors tomorrow. On 5 and 6 November, Hall 7 of IFEMA MADRID will host 269 exhibitors, more than 300 high-profile buyers from 27 countries, and the 1st PRIVEL Private Brand Congress, consolidating Madrid’s position as an international hub for consumer goods.

These figures reflect not only the industry’s need for a dedicated space where manufacturers and retailers can create business opportunities and anticipate market trends, but also Spain’s global leadership in private label consumption, development, innovation, and exports.

Exhibition area tailored to the needs of each private label segment

With 269 exhibitors, the exhibition offer reflects the diversity of the sector and is structured into two main areas: Food (62%), bringing together companies from the food and beverage sector; and Non-Food (38%), featuring personal care, cleaning, and household products. The exhibition area is therefore designed to meet the needs of each segment, enabling both leading and emerging companies to showcase their products and services to retailers and key purchasing decision-makers.

The Fundación Banco de Alimentos de Madrid will collaborate with PRIVEL by organising, with the help of volunteers, the collection of products exhibited during the fair for later donation.

PRIVEL, a strategic gateway to internationalisation through its B2B Programme

Complementing the exhibition area, a key component of PRIVEL 2025 is its International Buyers Programme, which will bring together more than 300 retail professionals from 27 countries. This programme will facilitate B2B meetings between exhibitors and both national and international retailers, with a special focus on Latin America. It will thus connect key decision-makers at a crucial moment for the expansion of private labels and promote access to new markets.
