FRUIT LOGISTICA 2026: Three Days, One Industry, Unlimited Growth
From 4 to 6 February 2026, Berlin will once again become the global home of the fresh produce industry. FRUIT LOGISTICA – the world’s largest and most international trade fair for fresh fruit and vegetables – will gather more than 2,500 exhibitors from nearly 90 countries, presenting innovations, technologies, and trends that are shaping the future of the global fresh produce market.
The 2025 edition brought together 91,000 industry professionals from 151 countries, with more than 95% recommending the show to others. FRUIT LOGISTICA stands out not only through its scale but through its unmistakable momentum – intense business meetings, long-standing partnerships, and spontaneous conversations that spark new ideas.
This year’s guiding theme, Let’s grow!, reflects a shared drive for technological, economic, and sustainable progress across the supply chain. As Director Alexander Stein emphasizes:
“Let’s grow is much more than a slogan – it embodies our collective ambition to embrace innovation and build the future of this industry together.”
The strongest exhibitor representation will come from Italy, the Netherlands, Spain, Germany, and France, while participation from Asia, the Middle East, North Africa, and Africa continues to expand.
FRUIT LOGISTICA covers the entire fresh produce supply chain through three seamlessly connected segments:
The global marketplace for fruits and vegetables: emerging varieties, shifting supply landscapes, and direct access to international buyers and retailers.
A showcase of transformative innovations: AI-powered crop production, precision irrigation, advanced grading lines, and autonomous robotic harvesters.
Next-generation solutions for transporting freshness worldwide: intelligent cold-chain systems, drones, port innovations, and digital logistics platforms designed for speed, safety, and sustainability.
Startup World – a dynamic hub for young companies introducing groundbreaking solutions for agriculture, logistics, vertical farming, and data-driven production.
Insights Stage – exhibitors present the stories behind their technologies and the practical challenges they address.
Expert Forums – six thematic stages hosting over 100 sessions and 200 speakers on AI, robotics, retail marketing, greenhouse automation, vertical farming, climate resilience, and next-generation logistics.
Organic Route – a virtual pathway guiding visitors to more than 200 certified organic exhibitors.
New Product Showcase – a gallery of breakthrough innovations in varieties, packaging, and technology.
The prestigious FRUIT LOGISTICA Innovation Award (FLIA) celebrates its 20th anniversary in 2026. Throughout the halls, dedicated displays will present the finalists, with the award ceremony on 6 February marking one of the most anticipated moments of the entire event.
On Friday, 6 February, visitors can take part in:
the Mascot Race at the South Entrance,
the FLIA Award Ceremony,
the FRUTIC Science Symposium, organized in cooperation with the Leibniz Institute for Agricultural Engineering and Bioeconomy (ATB), focusing on research and innovation in the fresh produce supply chain.
The newly released FRUIT LOGISTICA Trend Report 2026, titled Ctrl + Alt + Refresh, examines how artificial intelligence and automation are reshaping global fruit and vegetable supply chains.
Experts highlight:
widespread adoption of AI-based quality grading,
predictive crop modeling,
