EuroGastro and World Hotel 2026 – a meeting space for food producers and the HoReCa sector

4 March 2026

On 10–12 March 2026, Warsaw will host EuroGastro 2026 and World Hotel 2026 – the largest event in Central and Eastern Europe dedicated to the HoReCa, gastronomy, and hospitality sectors. The event serves as a comprehensive business platform connecting food producers, raw material suppliers, processors, distributors, and operators of restaurants, catering companies, and hotels.

The combination of both events creates a space where the agri-food production sector meets the professional hospitality market directly – including restaurateurs, chefs, catering companies, and hotel operators.

Partners and expert support

Partners of EuroGastro include Sempre, Tableart, LAVAZZA, and ProChef, while the conference programme is co-created by the National Association of Chefs and Confectioners (OSSKiC), the Chefs’ Club, the National Council of Gastronomy and Catering (KRGiC), and Euro-Toques Polska. Strategic partners of both events are Grafen and Winterhalter, highlighting the professional and technological character of the project.

The partner of World Hotel is the Hotel Purchasing Group, supporting the hospitality sector in optimizing procurement processes and integrating the hotel industry.

From producer to plate – a real sales channel

EuroGastro is an international trade fair presenting modern kitchen equipment, food processing and hygiene technologies, professional catering appliances, as well as a wide range of food and beverage products dedicated to the HoReCa channel.

For producers of fruits, vegetables, and processed fruit and vegetable products, the fair offers an opportunity to connect directly with buyers from the gastronomic and hotel sectors. The event provides space for building commercial relationships, showcasing the quality of raw materials, presenting new product lines, and offering solutions tailored to the needs of professional kitchens – including convenience, premium, and local product segments.

The synergy with the World Hotel trade fair allows companies to reach the entire hospitality sector – from kitchen operations to hotel services and facility management.

Horeca Business Forum – trends, innovation, and practice

An integral part of the event will be the Horeca Business Forum, focused on practical aspects of running a modern gastronomic business.

One of the key elements of the forum will be three days of culinary demonstrations organized by the Chefs’ Club under the theme “Convenience in Fine Dining”. Renowned chefs will demonstrate how processed products and semi-finished ingredients can support operational efficiency in restaurants while maintaining high culinary quality and presentation.

The Forum will also feature OSSKiC Culinary Shows, organized by the National Association of Chefs and Confectioners. Members of the Junior Poland National Culinary Team and the Poland Community Catering Teamwill present seasonal trends, modern interpretations of Polish cuisine, and innovative approaches to working with ingredients. Each presentation will include a tasting session.

Promotion of Polish products and culinary heritage

The programme will also include Euro-Toques Polska culinary demonstrations promoting Opole carp, as well as the Culinary Competition “Traditions of Polish Cuisine – First Edition”, organized by OSSKiC and dedicated to gastronomy school students and professional chefs and pastry chefs.

Within the Forum, Sempre culinary shows will feature ice cream, pastry, and coffee presentations, while ProChefwill host tastings of baked brioche buns with ice cream, showcasing practical applications of modern gastronomic equipment.

An important element of the programme will be the Tarsmak Live Cooking Zone – a space for live demonstrations and tastings throughout the entire event. Experienced chefs will present partner products in practice, creating an inspiring environment for networking and business meetings.

Trade fair partner LAVAZZA will invite participants to coffee tastings presenting the Lavazza La Reserva de Tierra and Tales of Italy lines, introducing visitors to their sensory profiles and preparation methods.

The Dawtona brand will present a special event titled “Polish Classics with a Global Twist.” Chefs Szymon Czerwiński, Grzegorz Zawierucha, and Tomasz Królikowski will showcase modern interpretations of traditional Polish flavours in an international style. The programme will also include a presentation by Marek Bąk – Expansion and Development Director and Commercial Director – focused on the development of the HoReCa channel, market trends, and expansion strategies in the gastronomy sector.

Gastronomy, marketing, and market challenges

The modern dimension of the industry will be highlighted by the panel discussion “The Era of Social Media in Gastronomy,” featuring Jagna Niedzielska, Kacper Sproski, and Sebastian Olma. The discussion will focus on the role of digital communication in building restaurant brands and developing gastronomic businesses.

The programme will also include the Polish Gastronomy Forum, organized by the National Council of Gastronomy and Catering (KRGiC), focusing on marketing, finance, workplace organization, and current trends within the HoReCa sector.
