
On 10–12 March 2026, Ptak Warsaw Expo will host the 29th edition of EuroGastro, the largest HoReCa industry trade fair in Central and Eastern Europe. The event serves as a key meeting platform for food producers, catering technology suppliers, restaurateurs, hotel operators, and catering companies. This year’s edition will feature an extensive programme including culinary shows, tastings, educational sessions, and networking opportunities.
One of the highlights of the event will be Lavazza coffee tastings, where visitors will have the opportunity to sample blends from all product lines of the renowned Italian brand. The tastings will take place in Hall F, booth F5.07a.
Two one-hour tasting sessions will be organized each day of the fair:
12:00 – Lavazza La Reserva di Tierra
14:00 – Tales of Italy
During the sessions, a professional barista will present preparation methods and explain the sensory profiles of each blend, allowing participants to explore the diversity of Lavazza coffees.
Another key feature of the programme will be live culinary shows organized by Tarsmak, taking place daily from 10:00 to 17:00 in Hall E – the Tarsmak Zone.
Visitors will be able to watch experienced chefs demonstrating practical uses of Tarsmak products and modern culinary techniques. Each show will conclude with tastings of the prepared dishes, allowing guests to experience the flavours presented during the demonstrations.

Culinary shows by the Junior Poland National Culinary Team and the Poland Community Catering Team,
the Culinary Competition “Traditions of Polish Cuisine”,
technology shows organized by Grafen,
the 3rd Polish Gastronomy Forum organized by the National Council of Gastronomy and Catering,
Euro-Toques Polska culinary demonstrations promoting Opole carp,
ice cream and pastry demonstrations by Sempre,
brioche with ice cream tastings organized by ProChef.
EuroGastro is part of European HoReCa Week 2026, which brings together seven major industry events:
World Hotel, EuroGastro, Wine Warsaw Expo, Beer Warsaw Expo, Horeca FoodService Expo, Clean-Tech Expo, and Vending Poland Expo.
This unique concept allows visitors to:
discover the latest products and solutions for hotels, restaurants, and catering businesses,
test gastronomic equipment, technologies, and automated sales systems,
explore new flavour combinations of food, wine, and beer,
learn about sustainable and modern solutions for the HoReCa sector,
improve hygiene and cleanliness standards with modern technologies and equipment,

By combining multiple events in one location, European HoReCa Week allows visitors to maximize their time, compare solutions, and comprehensively develop their business across the entire HoReCa sector.
