A promotional meeting for Macfrut 2026, one of the most important international events for the fruit and vegetable industry, was held in Warsaw. The event took place at Mykonos restaurant, where invited guests – representatives of the fresh produce sector, importers, exporters, and industry partners – had the opportunity to learn more about the upcoming edition of the trade fair. This year’s Macfrut will be held on 21–23 April 2026 at the Rimini Expo Centre in Italy.
During the meeting, the main objectives of the event, its international profile, and the programme prepared for exhibitors and visitors were presented. Guests were able to learn more about the planned conferences, thematic events, technology showcases, and initiatives that every year attract producers, exporters, importers, retail chains, as well as representatives of logistics and processing companies from many countries around the world.
Special attention was given to the role of Macfrut as a platform integrating the entire fruit and vegetable value chain – from production, through cultivation and packaging technologies, to logistics, distribution, and international sales. During the meeting, the importance of the fair as a place for building business relationships and developing new trade partnerships was also highlighted.
The Warsaw event also provided an opportunity for direct industry discussions and networking. Participants were able to exchange experiences, discuss the current situation on the fruit and vegetable market, and talk about cooperation opportunities related to the upcoming edition of the fair.
The meeting had an informal and friendly atmosphere, and the evening was concluded with a dinner for invited guests, which created additional space for conversations and networking within the industry.
Macfrut 2026 will once again bring together representatives of the entire global fresh produce sector in Rimini. The trade fair is an important platform for presenting new varieties, production technologies, logistics solutions, and innovations supporting industry development. For companies operating in the fruit and vegetable sector, it is also an excellent opportunity to expand exports, find new business partners, and promote their products on the international market.
