SIAL Paris 2026 this October. The global hub of food innovation returns to Paris

17 April 2026

From 17 to 21 October 2026SIAL Paris – one of the most important and internationally recognised events for the global food industry – will once again take place at the Paris Nord Villepinte Exhibition Center. Organisers are promising five intensive days focused on networking, innovation and business growth on a worldwide scale.

For years, SIAL Paris has remained a key meeting point for food producers, distributors, importers, retailers, technology providers and all major players across the global food and beverage market. This year’s edition is set to be even bolder, more inspiring and more strongly focused on the future of the industry.

According to the organisers, the event will bring together around 8,000 exhibiting companies, with 130 countries represented and more than 400,000 products on display. Once again, this scale confirms SIAL Paris as one of the most significant business platforms for the international food sector.

Organisers also emphasise that SIAL Paris 2026 will be much more than a product showcase. The event is positioned as a global hub of food innovation, where visitors will be able to explore the latest market trends, attend inspiring conferences and experience a range of special activations taking place throughout the exhibition.

It is precisely this combination of scale, international reach and strong focus on innovation that makes SIAL Paris a must-attend event for food industry professionals from around the world. For companies looking for new business contacts, product inspiration and up-to-date insights into market developments, the October edition in Paris will be one of the key dates in the 2026 trade fair calendar.

Ticket sales have already started, with organisers offering a special Early Bird rate, allowing visitors to save more than 50% compared with the on-site ticket price. The standard on-site ticket price is EUR 210 including VAT.

SIAL Paris 2026 is therefore shaping up to be another major international meeting point for the food sector, bringing together leading market players and creating space for the exchange of ideas, the presentation of innovations and the development of business relationships on a global level.
