TUTTOFOOD Milano 2026: Milan once again at the centre of international food business
From 11 to 14 May 2026, Rho Fiera Milano will host the 11th edition of TUTTOFOOD Milano, one of the most important B2B events for the international food and beverage industry in Southern Europe. The organisers present the exhibition as a global platform for sourcing, innovation and business development, once again bringing together key players from the food & beverage sector from markets around the world.
TUTTOFOOD 2026 is expected to attract more than 4,200 international food companies, over 95,000 professionals, and more than 3,000 carefully selected global buyers. The event will cover around 90,000 m² of exhibition space. Importantly, 80% of exhibitors had already confirmed their participation at an early stage, with around 30% expected to come from outside Italy, clearly demonstrating the scale and international reach of the event.
This year’s edition is set to place even greater emphasis on the exhibition’s global character. The organiser points, among other things, to the growing importance of the MENA region, announcing the debut of Egypt and Saudi Arabia, as well as a 10% increase in the number of buyers from that area. This is another sign that Milan remains an important meeting point for companies looking for business partners both in Europe and in other strategic international markets.
TUTTOFOOD 2026 offers not only a broad showcase of products from different market segments, but also an expanded space dedicated to trends and innovation. The organisers have announced new areas focused on foodservice, organic products and food innovation. In addition, brands exhibiting at the fair will benefit from greater visibility beyond the exhibition grounds themselves, thanks to city-wide side events organised under the TUTTOFOOD Week banner.
An important feature of the upcoming edition will also be the new, more compact hall layout. This change is intended to improve visitor flow, make navigation easier and create more comfortable conditions for business meetings. In practice, this should translate into better product visibility for exhibitors, more effective meetings and easier access to all market segments represented at the event.
All signs indicate that TUTTOFOOD Milano 2026 will be one of the key events in the European trade fair calendar for the food & beverage industry. For producers, exporters, importers, retailers and solution providers serving the food sector, it will be an important opportunity to build business relationships, follow new market developments and present their offer in an international environment.
