SIAL Paris 2026: Paris will once again become the global centre of innovation in the food industry

From 17 to 21 October 2026Paris Nord Villepinte Exhibition Center will host the next edition of SIAL Paris, one of the most important events for the global food industry. This year’s edition places a strong focus on innovation, highlighting the 30th anniversary of SIAL Innovation — the competition and platform that has long showcased the most innovative products in the food & beverage sector.

SIAL Paris 2026 is the world’s largest innovation hub for the food industry. Visitors will be able to discover 650 startups and as many as 400,000 products, underlining the scale of the event and its importance for companies looking for new inspiration, suppliers, and market opportunities.

The anniversary edition of SIAL Innovation will feature a renewed format and new areas designed to place even greater emphasis on product launches and trend analysis. The event will introduce SIAL Taste, a new tasting area where visitors can discover products entered in the competition, as well as SIAL Live, an expert zone where specialists will decode key market shifts and emerging industry trends. The programme will also include a dedicated thematic route allowing visitors to explore innovation across all sectors of the exhibition.

An important part of preparing for the visit will also be the possibility of browsing the catalogue of new products in advance. This will allow visitors to identify the most interesting launches and potential business partners even before the exhibition opens.

SIAL Paris 2026 is an important meeting place for manufacturers, distributors, buyers, retailers, startups, and technology companies that want to follow the latest trends, build trade relationships, and expand their presence in the international food market. For the industry, it will be another opportunity to observe how innovation is shaping the future of food, trade, and consumer behaviour.
