ASIA FRUIT LOGISTICA has launched FreshMatch, a new matchmaking platform that allows buyers to schedule meetings with exhibitors before the trade show begins. Organisers are encouraging participants to register as soon as possible, underlining that available meeting slots are filling up quickly.

The new tool has been created to help buyers arrive at the exhibition with a full meeting calendar already in place, allowing them to focus from day one on discussions with the right suppliers. Through FreshMatch, participants can search for the most relevant exhibitors in advance, identify partners that match their sourcing profile, and request face-to-face meetings before the event opens.

The platform is designed to simplify the sourcing process and improve the efficiency of attending the exhibition. Instead of spending time on random contacts, buyers can plan discussions in advance with exhibitors most relevant to their business. This solution is intended to support more valuable business relationships and increase the likelihood of concrete commercial results.

Organisers stress that participation is limited and that meeting opportunities will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. For this reason, early registration is especially important for companies that want to make the most of the event.

Qualified buyers receive a complimentary three-day pass to ASIA FRUIT LOGISTICA 2026 as well as exclusive access to FreshMatch, the event’s intelligent buyer-supplier matchmaking system. However, participation is not granted automatically. To activate access, applicants must submit their buyer profile and sourcing details for verification. The process takes only a few minutes and enables full participation in the programme.
