
Fruit Attraction 2026 launches a new edition of Factoría Chef
Companies taking part in the Fresh Produce Area have until 2 September to book their space.
Fruit Attraction, which is taking place from 6 to 8 October at IFEMA MADRID, is launching a new edition of Factoría Chef, the fair’s gastronomic space where innovation, creativity and fruit and vegetable products take centre stage. Through cooking demonstrations and presentations, this stage brings together chefs, producers and industry professionals to showcase the endless possibilities of fresh produce.
This space is free and open exclusively to companies participating in the Fresh Produce Area. Each culinary proposal presented must be focused on the healthy and delicious world of fruit and vegetables. Factoría Chef offers participants a creative way to promote the consumption of fresh fruit and vegetables through exciting showcooking sessions. Factoría Chef provides participating companies with a fully equipped stage for hosting their demonstrations. Each presentation, lasting a maximum of 40 minutes, provides an opportunity to showcase the potential of their products.
Fruit Attraction, organised by IFEMA MADRID and FEPEX is taking place from 6 to 8 October with particularly positive forecasts, which point to the participation of more than 2,500 companies, a total occupancy of 162,000 m2 spread over 10 hallsand an attendance of more than 121,000 trade visitors from over 150 countries.
