GASTRO SWEET FEST 2026 to bring together gastronomy, confectionery, bakery and coffee in Prague

GASTRO SWEET FEST 2026 will take place from 2 to 4 October 2026 at PVA EXPO Prague in the Czech Republic. The event will focus on modern gastronomy, beverages, confectionery, bakery, coffee, wine and culinary inspiration.

GASTRO SWEET FEST combines the format of a trade exhibition with a culinary festival. The event will bring together HoReCa professionals, food and beverage producers and distributors, restaurant and café owners, chefs, pastry chefs, bakers, baristas, sommeliers, as well as consumers interested in contemporary gastronomy.

From bakery and confectionery to coffee, wine and food trucks

The exhibition will cover several key thematic areas. Products and solutions on display will include chocolates, desserts and confectionery, bakery products, artisan bread, specialty coffee, espresso machines and coffee equipment, wines, beverages, spirits, HoReCa ingredients, foodservice equipment and kitchen technologies.

Dedicated zones will focus on bakery, pastry, coffee, wine and food trucks. This will allow the event to showcase both consumer products and solutions for professional foodservice operators.

Live demonstrations, tastings and masterclasses

The GASTRO SWEET FEST 2026 programme will include live demonstrations by chefs, baristas and winemakers, as well as tastings, workshops and professional masterclasses.

Competitions and awards recognising culinary excellence will also form an important part of the event. Interactive areas will allow visitors to sample products, discover new flavours and explore innovations presented by exhibitors.

Networking zones will also be available for business meetings and partnership discussions. GASTRO SWEET FEST will provide a platform for exchanging experience between suppliers, producers, restaurateurs, hoteliers and purchasing professionals.

A platform for the HoReCa sector

The visitor profile will include importers, distributors, retail chains, restaurant and café owners, hoteliers, banquet managers, chefs, pastry chefs, baristas, bakery owners, wine and beverage buyers, catering companies and foodservice professionals.

This mix of participants will make the event not only a showcase for consumer trends, but also a platform for building business relationships and finding new partners in the Central European market.

Nearly 10,000 visitors at the previous edition

In 2025, GASTRO SWEET FEST welcomed 9,769 visitors, with 148 exhibitors and participants from five countries. The total gross exhibition area reached 10,284 sqm.

This year’s edition will once again combine new product showcases with live culinary demonstrations, education and networking, creating a meeting place for professionals looking for new trends, technologies and inspiration across gastronomy, hospitality, confectionery, bakery, coffee and beverages.
