Fi Asia Indonesia 2026 – ingredients, innovation and new standards for the food industry

Fi Asia Indonesia 2026 will take place from 16 to 18 September 2026 at the Jakarta International Expo (JIExpo). The event is one of the region’s leading platforms dedicated to ingredients for the food and beverage industry. This year’s edition will expand into two additional halls, bringing the total exhibition area to around 35,000 sqm.

The event will be held under the theme “Elevating Food Standards for a Healthier & Greener Future” and will focus on solutions supporting the development of safer, healthier and more sustainable food production.

More than 700 exhibitors and 24,000 attendees

Fi Asia Indonesia 2026 is expected to welcome more than 24,000 attendees and over 700 exhibiting companies. Professionals and companies from more than 100 countries will be represented.

The exhibition will provide a platform for food and beverage manufacturers, ingredient suppliers, technology providers, industry solution companies, buyers, distributors, R&D specialists and professionals responsible for new product development.

Three days of conferences and discussions

One of the key elements of the event will be a three-day international conference, featuring expert presentations, panel discussions and case studies. Topics will include:

SME development,
product innovation,
changing consumer preferences,
more sustainable production.

The conference programme will complement the exhibition and provide participants with a broader understanding of the direction in which Asia’s food industry is developing.

Innovation Zone and technical seminars

An important part of Fi Asia Indonesia 2026 will be the Technical Seminars and Innovation Zone, where new ingredients, technologies and product development trends will be presented.

Particular attention will be given to functional snacking and the reinvention of local flavours and recipes in modern food products.

Visitors will also be able to attend live product demonstrations and explore the practical application of new ingredients across different food and beverage categories.

Networking and business meetings

Fi Asia Indonesia 2026 will also provide an extensive networking platform. The programme will include matchmaking sessions, a Hosted Buyers Programme, as well as special events such as the Business Breakfast and FIFSTA Directors Meeting.

This will allow exhibitors to meet directly with key purchasing decision-makers, while visitors will be able to compare supplier offers and identify new business partners.
