Fruit Attraction 2026 – final days to apply for exhibitor promotional initiatives

1 September 2026

6–8 October 2026 | IFEMA MADRID, Madrid

Until 2 September 2026, exhibitors taking part in Fruit Attraction 2026 can apply for several promotional programmes and initiatives prepared by the organisers. Their aim is to increase company visibility during the event, support the presentation of new products and solutions, and help exhibitors reach professional audiences from the international fresh produce sector.

This year’s edition of Fruit Attraction will take place from 6 to 8 October 2026 in Madrid. As part of the additional promotional opportunities, exhibitors can take advantage of a new podcast format, presentations at the Fruit Next Forum, the Innovation Hub, the Organic Tour and gastronomic activities under Factoría Chef.

New podcast format at the TV Studio

One of the new features of this year’s edition is the opportunity to record an official podcast or video podcast at the Fruit Attraction TV Studio.

The format is designed to give companies an additional channel to present their business, products, innovations or expert insights in a more extensive communication format. The material can then support promotional activities not only during the fair, but also after the event.

For exhibitors, this can provide an additional tool for strengthening brand positioning, communicating new projects and reaching audiences beyond the exhibition floor.

Factoría Chef and the MasterChef Challenge

As part of Factoría Chef, Fruit Attraction is also developing activities that connect the fresh produce industry with gastronomy.

A new feature will be the MasterChef Challenge, a culinary competition bringing together fresh produce, innovation and gastronomic talent while promoting fruit and vegetable consumption.

The format is intended to highlight practical applications of fresh produce in gastronomy and create an additional space for product presentation.

Fruit Next Forum – presentations for a professional audience

Another opportunity for exhibitors is the Fruit Next Forum, where companies can present their latest products, technologies, solutions and projects to professional visitors.

Fruit Attraction states that the event attracts more than 120,000 professionals, meaning that the presentations can provide an additional channel for reaching buyers, distributors, growers, retailers and other representatives of the international fresh produce supply chain.

Each session will be promoted through the exhibition’s communication channels. Participating companies are also encouraged to actively promote their own presentations.

Exhibitors can choose from available dates and time slots. The application deadline is 2 September 2026.

For companies developing new varieties, production technologies, logistics systems, packaging, digital solutions or services for the fresh produce industry, the Innovation Hub can provide an additional platform for presenting projects to an international professional audience.

Organic Tour for certified organic products

The Organic Tour is also returning as a dedicated initiative for companies offering certified organic products or services.

The specially designated route is intended to help visitors identify exhibitors presenting certified organic products and increase the visibility of companies operating in this segment.

Participation in the Organic Tour may be particularly relevant for producers and suppliers aiming to reach buyers specialising in organic products or looking for certified fresh produce.

Application deadline: 2 September 2026.

Final deadline for additional promotion at Fruit Attraction

All of these initiatives share the same objective: to increase exhibitor exposure beyond the booth itself and create additional points of contact with professional visitors.

For companies planning a product launch, presenting a new technology, developing an organic range or targeting international buyers, participation in these additional formats can complement a standard exhibition presence.

The application deadline for Fruit Next Forum, Innovation Hub and Organic Tour is 2 September 2026. Fruit Attraction 2026 will take place from 6 to 8 October in Madrid.
