ASIA FRUIT LOGISTICA 2026 officially opens today in Hong Kong

2 September 2026

2–4 September 2026 | AsiaWorld-Expo, Hong Kong

Today, 2 September 2026, marks the official opening of the 19th edition of ASIA FRUIT LOGISTICA, one of the most important business events for the international fresh produce industry in Asia. The exhibition will run until 4 September at AsiaWorld-Expo, bringing together companies and professionals from across the global fresh fruit and vegetable supply chain.

This year’s edition features more than 760 exhibitors from 41 countries and regions, together with 27 national pavilions. Producers, exporters, importers, distributors, retailers, logistics providers, packaging companies and technology suppliers are meeting in Hong Kong for three days of business discussions, market development and international networking.

Hong Kong once again becomes a key hub for the fresh produce trade

ASIA FRUIT LOGISTICA 2026 serves as an international marketplace connecting suppliers with professional buyers and business partners from Asia and other regions.

The scope of the event goes beyond fresh fruit and vegetables themselves. It also covers logistics, cold chain, packaging, production technologies, sorting, automation, quality control, digital solutions and systems supporting more efficient supply chain management.

An important part of the event is the business matchmaking and buyer programme, designed to facilitate direct contact between exhibitors and decision-makers responsible for sourcing and purchasing.

FRESHTech makes its debut

One of the key new features of the 2026 edition is FRESHTech, a dedicated platform for technologies serving the fresh produce industry.

The new area combines an exhibition of technology companies with a two-day content programme. Topics include solutions for production, automation, quality management, risk reduction, logistics, traceability and supply chain efficiency.

The first FRESHTech Innovation Award will also be presented during the event, recognising solutions with the potential to contribute to the development and transformation of the fresh produce business.

The launch of FRESHTech reflects the growing role of technology across the industry, from farms and packing facilities to logistics, trade and data management.

Market knowledge alongside commercial meetings

The event also features the Asiafruit Knowledge Centre, which brings together conference and market intelligence formats focused on changes shaping the international fresh produce business.

The programme includes Asiafruit Congress, Asiafruit Business Forum and Asiafruit Showcase, with discussions covering trade developments, consumer trends, individual product categories, new technologies and emerging business opportunities across Asian markets.

Additional specialist sessions also focus on areas such as nuts and dried fruit, as well as frozen fruit and vegetables, broadening the scope of the event beyond the traditional fresh produce segment.

Three days of international business

The 2026 edition of ASIA FRUIT LOGISTICA will continue until Friday, 4 September. Over three days, participants will have the opportunity to present products, meet buyers and retailers, develop new trade contacts and analyse changes taking place across some of the world’s most important fresh produce markets.

With more than 760 exhibitors, 41 countries and regions, and 27 national pavilions, this year’s edition once again underlines the international character of the event and Hong Kong’s role as a gateway connecting global suppliers with Asian fresh produce markets.
