RetailShow 2026 – technologies, equipment and retail digitalisation in focus at the 15th edition in Warsaw

15 September 2026

18–19 November 2026 | EXPO XXI Warsaw, Poland

On 18–19 November 2026, RetailShow 2026, the 15th edition of the International Exhibition for Retail Equipment, Technology and Services, will take place at EXPO XXI Warsaw.

The event is one of the key B2B meetings for the retail sector in Poland, bringing together suppliers of technologies, equipment and services with representatives of retail chains, stores, franchise networks and FMCG companies.

The exhibition will be held in Hall 1 at EXPO XXI, 12/14 Prądzyńskiego Street, and will be open on both days from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Admission for visitors is free after registration.

More than 200 companies with solutions for modern retail

During the two-day event, more than 200 companies from Poland and abroad are expected to present their offers.

The exhibition covers virtually all areas required for the operation of modern retail outlets – from physical shop equipment to IT systems and solutions supporting the management of entire retail networks.

The main categories include:

For food companies and FMCG suppliers, particularly relevant solutions include those that directly influence product presentation and sales, such as refrigeration, lighting, shelf equipment, price display systems, payment automation, data analytics and technologies integrating physical and digital sales channels.

Refrigeration, bakery, automation and IT systems

The exhibitor profile for this year’s edition reflects the broad technological scope of the event. Announced participants include manufacturers of refrigeration equipment, foodservice and bakery technologies, display systems, lighting solutions and software for retail chains.

IGLOO will present refrigeration solutions for the food, confectionery, bakery and foodservice sectors, while MIWEwill focus on professional bakery technologies, including ovens, loading automation and refrigeration systems.

In the digitalisation segment, INEO GROUP will showcase IT systems supporting retail sales, business analytics, loyalty programmes and the integration of online and offline channels.

The exhibition will also feature technologies for cash handling automation, security systems, platforms for managing lease and franchise networks, energy-efficient LED lighting and solutions supporting shelf-space organisation.

The Perfect Store – a model shop of the future

One of the distinctive elements of RetailShow will once again be The Perfect Store, a model retail outlet located in the central part of the exhibition hall.

The concept brings together equipment, furnishings and technologies in an environment resembling a real retail store. This allows visitors not only to see individual products, but also to compare solutions from different suppliers and understand how they can work together within one sales environment.

The model store is particularly relevant at a time when traditional retail is increasingly combining store design with digital technologies, payment automation, energy-saving solutions and tools that simplify staff operations.

Retail Congress and industry knowledge

The event will also include the Retail Congress, a conference aimed at representatives of the retail market.

The conference programme will complement the exhibition by providing knowledge and discussion on retail development, network management, technology and changing consumer behaviour.

The exhibition will also feature open workshops and training sessions within the Innovations Theatre, while the evening RetailShow Afterparty will provide networking opportunities and host the presentation of the Retail Innovations and Best Shop Concept awards.

Retail under pressure from efficiency and digitalisation

The importance of events such as RetailShow is growing as the retail sector undergoes rapid transformation.

Retail chains and store owners must simultaneously respond to rising labour and energy costs, the development of e-commerce, increasing consumer expectations and the need for faster, data-driven management.

In practice, this is increasing demand for technologies that can:

RetailShow 2026 will therefore be not only an exhibition of shop equipment, but also a platform for technologies that are changing the way modern retail operates.
