Asia Coffee Shop Supply Chain Expo 2027 – New B2B Platform for the Global Café Industry

From 4 to 6 March 2027, Guangzhou will host the Asia Coffee Shop Supply Chain Expo 2027, a new international B2B exhibition focused on the complete café supply chain. The event will take place at the Canton Fair Complex in Guangzhou, China, bringing together coffee producers, equipment manufacturers, suppliers, importers, café operators and professional buyers from international markets.

The exhibition is being developed as a specialised business platform covering the café ecosystem from coffee beans to day-to-day store operations. Its scope includes green and roasted coffee, coffee machines and brewing equipment, beverage ingredients, packaging solutions, café supplies, digital technologies and solutions supporting the management and development of coffee businesses.

According to the organisers, the event responds to the rapid development of the specialty coffee market in Asia and the growing demand for coffee, professional equipment, ingredients and sustainable packaging. By bringing suppliers representing different parts of the value chain together in one location, the expo is intended to simplify sourcing and create new opportunities for direct cooperation between manufacturers and professional buyers.

Hundreds of exhibitors representing coffee-producing markets and equipment-manufacturing industries are expected to present new products, technologies and solutions. The exhibition programme will be complemented by industry summits, business matchmaking meetings, coffee cupping workshops, barista demonstrations and new product launches, combining commercial activity with knowledge exchange and analysis of emerging industry trends.

For international manufacturers and suppliers, Asia Coffee Shop Supply Chain Expo 2027 is designed to provide access to buyers from China and the wider Asia-Pacific region. At the same time, café owners, distributors, importers and purchasing professionals will be able to compare products and establish direct relationships with manufacturers and suppliers in one place.

The event is organised by Guangdong Hongwei International Exhibition Group and will be held at one of Guangzhou’s major international exhibition venues. Booth reservations and professional visitor pre-registration for the 2027 edition are already available.
