From 29 September to 1 October 2026, Anuga Select India 2026 and Anuga FoodTec India 2026 will take place simultaneously at the Bombay Exhibition Centre in Mumbai. This year’s editions will bring together more than 1,100 exhibitors from over 32 countries, while organisers expect more than 45,000 trade visitors. The events mark the 19th edition of Anuga Select India and the landmark 20th edition of Anuga FoodTec India.
One of the key features of this year’s event is the participation of the European Union as the Official Partner Region of Anuga Select India. The opening ceremony will be attended by senior government representatives from Germany and the Netherlands, while the 2026 edition is also supported by India’s Ministry of Food Processing Industries (MOFPI).
Together, the two exhibitions cover virtually the entire food industry value chain. Anuga Select India focuses on food and beverage sourcing and trade, including agrifoods, dairy products, beverages, fine foods, foodservice, organic products, sweets and snacks. Anuga FoodTec India, meanwhile, is dedicated to food processing and packaging technologies, including production machinery, automation, packaging systems and materials, food safety and quality control, as well as cold-chain and storage solutions.
The international character of the 2026 edition is reflected in its extensive country pavilion presence. Anuga Select India will feature participants from the European Union, China, Brazil, Germany, Thailand, South Korea, Belgium, the Philippines, Georgia, Turkey, Taiwan, Spain, Italy, Cyprus and Indonesia. Anuga FoodTec India will include country pavilions from Italy and China, alongside technology companies from markets including Germany, the Netherlands, the United States, the United Kingdom, Japan, France, Belgium, Iran and the United Arab Emirates.
The programme will also include curated business matchmaking, industry conferences, the Culinary Corner, Retail Walk and networking activities, creating opportunities for direct meetings between food producers, technology suppliers, importers, distributors and professional buyers.
Organisers point to the growing presence of international companies as evidence of India’s increasing importance to the global food and food-technology industries. According to the figures provided, India’s foodservice market is projected to grow from USD 85.19 billion in 2025 to USD 93.97 billion in 2026, while agricultural exports reached USD 51.91 billion in FY2024–25, representing 6% year-on-year growth.
By bringing Anuga Select India and Anuga FoodTec India together under one roof, participants can explore finished food products, ingredients, production technology, automation, packaging and logistics solutions during a single visit, covering the full journey from food production to the final product reaching the retail shelf.
