
FPC Encourages Internationals to Enter FPC Fresh Awards 2022

All those involved in trading fresh produce, cut flowers and plants within the UK market are invited to enter multiple award categories, plus overseas suppliers can showcase their offer at an inaugural reception.
The Fresh Produce Consortium (FPC) – the UK’s fresh produce trade association – is calling on individuals and businesses throughout the world to enter into the 2022 edition of its prestigious FPC Fresh Awards.
The annual awards recognise the excellence and innovation of all those who operate within the UK supply chain of fresh produce, cut flowers and plants; from the best growers and suppliers to the finest service providers, exceptional marketers and distinguished personnel from across the globe.
This year, FPC is eager to honour and celebrate the increasingly global nature of the UK’s produce trade. The association is inviting a broader international participation across its 16 awards categories, which span Individuals, the Supply Chain, Retail Excellence and Business Excellence.
For 2022, there are four brand new awards:

Don’t delay, enter today!”To be eligible, entrants must be involved in trading fresh produce, cut flowers and plants within the UK marketplace. Thisincludes: overseas growers, local producers, global exporters, domestic importers, packers and packaging suppliers, local ports and international shipping or logistics providers, UK-wide wholesalers and foodservice distributors, science labs and chemical manufacturers worldwide, as well as marketers at home and abroad.
Simply nominate yourself, your business, or a peer within the industry for free before the deadline of 2 June 2022. Multiple entries can be made across the 16 award categories.
The winners will be announced at a glittering black-tie ceremony on 8 July 2022 at The JW Marriott Grosvenor House in London.
Winners gain unparalleled industry recognition, plus the use of the distinctive FPC Fresh Award-Winning logo on their marketing collateral to reinforce their point of difference.
Supplier Showcase
In addition, any overseas supplier of fresh produce, cut flowers or dried fruit and nuts to the UK is invited to present their offer to UK buyers at an inaugural Supplier Showcase on the awards evening of 8 July 2022.
During this friendly and relaxed drinks reception, exporters, country representative bodies and Embassies will have the opportunity to either kickstart or strengthen their UK trading relationship via informal conversations with buyers and retailers. The Supplier Showcase may be sponsored too.
