On 10 March, the 29th edition of EuroGastro, one of the most important events for the gastronomy and HoReCa industry in Central and Eastern Europe, officially opened at Ptak Warsaw Expo in Nadarzyn. The first day of the exhibition attracted a large number of professional visitors, including restaurateurs, chefs, hoteliers, suppliers of gastronomic technologies, and food producers.
At the exhibitors’ stands, visitors can explore modern catering equipment, innovative kitchen technologies, food products, and solutions supporting the operation of restaurants, hotels, and catering companies. The event also features live culinary demonstrations and tastings, which have drawn significant interest from attendees.
The first day of the fair provided an opportunity to discover current trends in gastronomy, new products, and technologies designed to improve the efficiency of professional kitchens. The exhibition also serves as an important platform for building business relationships and exchanging experiences among industry professionals.
Among the accompanying events were culinary demonstrations led by industry experts, coffee tastings, presentations of gastronomic technologies, and the culinary competition “Traditions of Polish Cuisine – First Edition,” which attracted both professionals and young culinary talents.
The organizers invite all interested visitors to attend the fair during the remaining days of the event – 11 and 12 March. The program includes further culinary shows, tastings, industry conferences, and the Trends Panel dedicated to topics such as artificial intelligence in marketing, the role of social media in gastronomy, and automation in the HoReCa sector.
The exhibition takes place in Halls E and F of Ptak Warsaw Expo and is open to visitors from 10:00 to 17:00. The event provides an excellent opportunity to discover the latest solutions for the gastronomy, hospitality, and catering sectors, as well as to meet industry leaders.
