From 23 to 27 January 2027, the Rimini Expo Centre in Italy will host the 48th edition of SIGEP World, one of the most important international B2B events dedicated to the gelato, pastry, chocolate, coffee, bakery, and pizza sectors. The exhibition will be an important meeting place for companies operating in foodservice, hospitality, and out-of-home production.
SIGEP World has long remained a benchmark event for innovation and excellence in the industry.
