The senior executives of key investment projects in the cement industry of Central Asia have already confirmed their participation in the Congress and Exhibition Cement Central Asia: Construction and Modernisation of Plants, 5–6 September 2023, Tashkent, Uzbekistan.

- DAL TEKNIK ZOMIN CEMENT AND LIME is developing a cement plant construction project
The investments – $280 mil
- Surxon Sanoat Qurilish Invest (Fabullo Stroy Service) is developing a project for the construction of a new cement plant

- Building Materials Co Ltd is developing a project for the arrangement of cement production
The investments – $10 mil
- Stronghold Reserves Inc plans to build and increase capacity
The investments – $160 mil and $212.4 mil, the deadline: 2025
- Korcem (International Cement Group) is developing a cement plant construction project
The investments – $150 mil, the deadline: 2021–2023
- Terek-Tash is developing a project for the construction of two plants for the production of cement from coal ash
