WorldFood Poland 2026 – the last opportunity to join exhibitors at a key event for the food and HoReCa industry

In six weeks, representatives of the food, retail, and HoReCa sectors will meet in Warsaw for the next edition of WorldFood Poland 2026. The event has long been one of the most important business platforms for producers, distributors, and technology providers serving the food and beverage industry. Currently, 95% of the exhibition space has already been reserved, and exhibitor applications are being accepted only until March 13, marking the final stage of stand reservations.

WorldFood Poland offers a unique opportunity to meet key market decision-makers directly, including retail buyers, importers, distributors, and HoReCa professionals actively seeking new products, suppliers, and business partners. Participation in the trade fair enables companies to present their offer in an environment designed to foster long-term business relationships and support sales growth in both domestic and international markets.

Wide sector coverage and a comprehensive industry offer

WorldFood Poland covers four key sectors reflecting the needs of today’s food industry:

A key platform for private label and contract manufacturing

WorldFood Poland is also an important meeting point for companies involved in private label development and contract manufacturing. The presence of numerous retail chains and distributors provides opportunities for direct negotiations, presentation of production capabilities, and building business relationships that can lead to long-term contracts.

Direct access to decision-makers significantly shortens the sales cycle and helps companies enter new markets more efficiently.

Final opportunity to participate

The upcoming edition of WorldFood Poland 2026 is set to be one of the most important events for the food and HoReCa sectors in Central and Eastern Europe. For companies planning expansion, strengthening brand visibility, and increasing sales, it represents a strategic opportunity to present their offer in an international business environment.

Reservations for the last remaining exhibition spaces are available for a limited time only, confirming the growing importance of WorldFood Poland as a key platform supporting the development of the food and hospitality industries.
