EuroGastro 2026 – the largest HoReCa trade fair in Poland starts tomorrow

On 10 March 2026, the 29th edition of EuroGastro, one of the most important events for the gastronomy and hospitality industry in Poland and Central and Eastern Europe, will begin. The trade fair will take place 10–12 March 2026 at Ptak Warsaw Expo in Nadarzyn, the largest exhibition centre in the country. 

Each year the event attracts restaurateurs, chefs, hoteliers, catering companies, as well as producers and distributors of catering equipment and food products. It provides a unique opportunity to explore the latest gastronomic trends, establish business contacts, and discover innovative solutions for the HoReCa sector.

 

Three days of inspiration and business

The trade fair programme will include numerous culinary shows, tastings, and industry conferences led by experts and renowned chefs. Among the key events are:

EuroGastro 2026 will take place in Halls E and F of Ptak Warsaw Expo, located at Aleja Katowicka 62 in Nadarzyn. The exhibition will be open daily from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Visitors will have access to comfortable infrastructure, including free Wi-Fi, mobile device charging points, and 15,000 parking spaces
