TAROPAK 2026, Poznań 23 to 25 September 2026

19 August 2026

Poznań will once again become a centre for modern packaging, labelling and automation technologies. TAROPAK 2026 will take place from 23 to 25 September 2026 at the Poznań International Fair, bringing together companies from packaging technology, warehouse logistics and industrial automation.

The packaging market continues to grow under the influence of environmental regulations, e-commerce and the need for greater automation. TAROPAK responds to these changes by connecting suppliers and users from sectors including food, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, furniture, automotive and logistics.

One event, two connected markets

A key feature of this year’s edition will be the parallel organisation of TAROPAK and POLAGRA, with one ticket providing access to both events.

This is particularly relevant because around 70% of packaging production is used by the food industry. The combined format allows visitors to follow the full value chain – from ingredients and food-processing technologies to packaging machinery, labelling and finished products.

The joint exhibition space will also bring together representatives of the Food, Foodtech and HoReCa sectors, as well as major retailers such as Lidl and Żabka.

Machinery, packaging and logistics solutions

The TAROPAK 2026 exhibition will feature raw materials and semi-finished products, including polymers, cardboard, flexible films and laminates, as well as e-commerce packaging, specialist containers and biodegradable protective materials.

A major part of the fair will focus on live machinery demonstrations, including filling systems, wrappers, industrial robots, blister packaging equipment, labelling machines and product marking technologies.

Visitors will also find warehouse and logistics solutions, including internal transport equipment, storage systems and software for logistics and barcode management.

International business and networking

Companies already confirmed for TAROPAK & POLAGRA include Lidl, Żabka, PHU BEST, Filmat, InfoGraf, Coffee Service, Schur, ORWAK, Sigma, MHLift, BOO, EcoSave Group and SEFKO.

The previous edition attracted more than 9,000 professional visitors. Through the Hosted Buyers programme, buyers and managers from 41 countries are expected to attend, creating opportunities for export development and international business contacts.

Conferences and industry debates

The event will also include a conference programme focused on current market challenges.

One of the main debates will analyse the first year of Poland’s deposit return system, including operating costs, logistics challenges and consumer participation.

Another panel will focus on climate targets and sustainability across the supply chain, including ways to reduce carbon emissions and plastic use while maintaining business profitability.

Africa as a new export direction

A new accompanying initiative, the Africa Food & Trade Forum, will bring together importers, government representatives and business partners from African countries.

The programme will include B2B meetings and presentations of the potential of Poland’s agri-food sector. For food producers considering exports to African markets, the combination of TAROPAK and POLAGRA will also provide access to packaging lines, materials and labelling technologies needed for international transport.

TAROPAK 2026 will take place from 23 to 25 September 2026 at the Poznań International Fair. One ticket will provide access to both TAROPAK and POLAGRA.
