2–4 September 2026 | Bali Nusa Dua Convention Center, Bali, Indonesia
The 7th edition of BALI INTERFOOD EXPO 2026 will take place from 2 to 4 September 2026 at the Bali Nusa Dua Convention Center. The international exhibition will focus on food and beverages, bakery ingredients, HoReCa equipment, technologies and services for the food industry. The event is organised by Krista Exhibitions.
The exhibition is designed as a B2B platform connecting food and beverage producers, importers, exporters, distributors, retailers, representatives of the hotel and restaurant sectors, as well as suppliers of machinery, technologies and services. According to the organisers, the 2026 edition is expected to welcome more than 200 exhibitors, over 17,000 visitors and representatives from more than 10 countries.
BALI INTERFOOD EXPO covers a broad range of food and beverage categories. Exhibited products will include fruit and vegetables, dried fruit, dairy products and eggs, fish and seafood, meat, frozen food, canned products, dry food, functional and diet foods, baby food, confectionery, bakery and pastry products, non-alcoholic beverages, as well as food ingredients and semi-finished products.
An important part of the exhibition will also be dedicated to equipment, technologies and services for the food industry and HoReCa sector. This format brings together finished food products with solutions required for their production, processing, preparation and sale.
BALI INTERFOOD EXPO is primarily aimed at professional trade visitors. Target groups include procurement professionals, food and beverage importers and exporters, retailers, distributors, food suppliers, industrial companies, traders and food technologists.
An important element of the event will also be Business Matching, designed to facilitate direct contacts between exhibitors and potential business partners. Key objectives for professional visitors include identifying new suppliers and products, as well as exploring the latest market trends and developments.
Hosting the event in Bali gives exhibitors access not only to the local market but also to companies serving the island’s well-developed hotel, restaurant and tourism industries.
For food, beverage and fresh produce producers, BALI INTERFOOD EXPO can provide an opportunity to meet importers and distributors and better understand the needs of buyers operating in the Indonesian market. Technology suppliers, meanwhile, can present solutions for food production, processing, foodservice and hotel operations.
