18–20 November 2026 | The Venetian Macao Convention & Exhibition Center, Macao, China
The Asia International Hotel Supplies and Catering Expo – AHSE 2026 will take place from 18 to 20 November 2026 at The Venetian Macao Convention & Exhibition Center. Organised by Puissant Group (Macao) Limited, the event focuses on the hotel, catering and food & beverage sectors, bringing together manufacturers, suppliers, importers, distributors, HoReCa operators and hospitality professionals from across Asia and other international markets.
The 2026 edition will further expand the format of the exhibition. AHSE will include specialised sections dedicated to food and beverages, processing and packaging technologies, HoReCa and agriculture. This structure is designed to cover a broad value chain – from agricultural production and fresh produce through processing and packaging to foodservice, hotel supplies and hospitality technologies.
One of the main components of the event will be the International Food Beverage Asia Fair – FBAF, bringing together food and beverage producers and suppliers. The section will use Macao’s international business environment as a platform for companies seeking to expand their export activities and distribution networks across Asian markets.
The second major area will be PROPACK – Processing & Packaging Exhibition, focused on processing and packaging technologies. Exhibitors will present machinery, equipment and systems designed to improve production efficiency, automate processes and support the development of modern packaging formats.
The HORECA – Hotel, Restaurant & Catering Exhibition will focus on equipment and solutions for hotels, restaurants and catering operations. The organisers aim to build on Macao’s highly developed hospitality and foodservice market to create a business platform for manufacturers, distributors, importers and exporters serving the sector.
Another important part of the event will be AgroWorld – Asia International Agriculture and Livestock Exhibition, covering agriculture and livestock. AgroWorld is intended to connect companies from Asia and China with international producers and business partners, strengthening opportunities for import, export and investment. The wider AgroWorld programme is planned to take place across Hengqin and Macao from 16 to 20 November 2026.
AHSE will cover 18 main exhibition sectors. Food-related categories will include:
The HoReCa section will include bakery, pastry and gelato, foodservice and hospitality equipment, coffee, tea and bar solutions, tableware and hospitality supplies, hospitality technology and foodservice technology.
This format is intended to allow professional buyers to explore both finished food products and the technologies and systems required for production, preparation, service and customer experience.
According to the organisers, AHSE 2026 is expected to welcome more than 1,000 exhibitors and brands and around 20,000 visitors. Participants are expected from more than 30 countries and regions, while the programme is set to include over 50 meetings, seminars and industry activities.
The exhibition is aimed primarily at representatives of hotels and restaurants, food and beverage companies, distributors, importers, exporters, manufacturers, business associations, institutions, investment firms and media.
The exhibitor profile includes companies supplying hotel equipment, food and beverages, catering ingredients, coffee and tea, bakery and ice cream products, wine and spirits, kitchen equipment, franchise and investment solutions, building materials, furnishings, processing machinery and packaging technologies.
AHSE also develops direct business-matching formats between suppliers and buyers. Previous editions have included Supply-Demand Matching Meetings, including sessions dedicated to specific countries and business delegations.
The commercial focus of the event can also be seen in previous regional product promotion activities. During one presentation dedicated to Fengjie navel oranges, 32 organisations reached cooperation agreements, with the contracted volume of oranges, Chinese medicinal materials and other products exceeding 5,700 tonnes.
Other previous activities have focused on regional agricultural products, Chinese wine and specialised food categories. This reflects AHSE’s broader format, combining exhibition space with product presentations, industry knowledge and direct commercial negotiations.
Previous AHSE editions have also featured events aimed at hotel and catering management, including meetings of hotel general managers, industry ceremonies and professional conferences.
The programme has covered topics such as service quality, hotel management, procurement, catering and consumer trends. In 2026, the organisers plan to continue combining the trade exhibition with networking and knowledge-sharing activities.
The location of AHSE is an important part of the event’s international positioning. Macao has a well-developed hotel, restaurant and tourism sector and strong connections with southern China and the wider Greater Bay Area.
The exhibition will be held at Cotai Expo at The Venetian Macao, which offers around 71,000 m² of exhibition space, together with extensive conference and event facilities.
For international producers, AHSE can provide an opportunity to meet importers, distributors and HoReCa buyers, while professional visitors can use the event to identify new products, technologies and suppliers from China, Asia and other markets.
The Asia International Hotel Supplies and Catering Expo 2026 will take place from 18 to 20 November 2026 at The Venetian Macao Convention & Exhibition Center.
Its expanded structure, including FBAF, PROPACK, HORECA and AgroWorld, is intended to create a platform connecting food, agriculture, processing, packaging and hospitality, allowing participants to develop business contacts across different stages of the supply chain.
