
GASTRO SWEET FEST 2026: Prague will welcome the gastronomy, pastry, and coffee industry
From 2 to 4 October 2026, GASTRO SWEET FEST 2026 will take place at PVA Expo Prague in the Czech Republic, an event dedicated to modern food and beverages, gastronomy, pastry, bakery, coffee, wine, and culinary inspiration. The exhibition is positioned as a premium event bringing together the HoReCa sector, gastronomy professionals, and the wider community of modern food enthusiasts.
GASTRO SWEET FEST is set to take the form of a dynamic festival and exhibition, gathering under one roof industry professionals, foodservice operators, gastronomes, and culinary enthusiasts. The spotlight will be on confectionery, bakery, specialty coffee, wine, cocktails, and modern bistro cuisine, creating an attractive space for both business development and culinary inspiration.
The event is designed to connect exhibitors and visitors from the HoReCa sector and the broader gastronomy community, offering a platform to discover trends, build partnerships, and engage with culinary innovators from across Europe. Organisers are planning numerous themed zones and formats that will emphasise the event’s experiential character.
The programme will include festival zones dedicated to bakery, pastry, coffee, wine, and food trucks, as well as live demonstrations by top chefs, baristas, and winemakers. Participants will be able to take part in tastings, workshops, and professional masterclasses, as well as follow competitions and awards celebrating culinary excellence. Organisers also announce networking areas, showcases of the latest trends in gastronomy and hospitality, and interactive spaces for product sampling and innovation discovery.
The scale of the previous edition highlights the growing importance of the event. In 2025, GASTRO SWEET FESTwelcomed 9,769 visitors, featured 148 participants, represented 5 countries, and covered a total gross exhibition area of 10,284 m².

Categories on display will include chocolates, desserts, and confectionery, bakery and artisan baking, specialty coffee roasters and espresso machines, wine producers, sommeliers and beverages, foodservice equipment and kitchen technology, cake decorators and sugarcraft, HoReCa ingredients, as well as cocktails, spirits, and beverages.
