
From 13 to 15 May 2027, Global Food Pro 2027 will take place at the Bangalore International Exhibition Centre (BIEC) in Bengaluru, India. The international B2B event will focus on the food industry, food processing and related sectors.
The exhibition will bring together representatives from across the entire food industry value chain – from suppliers of raw materials and ingredients, food manufacturers, processing technologies and machinery, to packaging, logistics, research, trade and exports. The event will cover 17 thematic sectors, including bakery, dairy products, beverages, fruit and vegetable processing, frozen foods, spices, confectionery, packaging and food processing technologies.
According to the organisers, the first edition of Global Food Pro is expected to attract more than 250 exhibitors and 20,000 visitors, with strong international participation. Attendees will include manufacturers, exporters, importers, distributors, representatives of retail chains and the HoReCa sector, buyers, procurement professionals and technology suppliers.
Global Food Pro will combine an exhibition, conference, B2B meetings and business networking. One of the main objectives of the event is to create a platform for cooperation between Indian and international companies and to support the search for new suppliers, products, technologies and market opportunities.
The organisers are also conducting an international promotional programme ahead of the event. Global Food Pro roadshows are planned in London, Kuala Lumpur, New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, Vancouver, Toronto, Colombo and Dubai, with the aim of supporting the participation of international companies and industry delegations at the exhibition in Bengaluru.
Selected food industry professionals are currently receiving VIP invitations. Attendance under the VIP invitation programme is complimentary, although prior RSVP is required.
Global Food Pro 2027 is organised by Laghu Udyog Bharati – Karnataka and IMS Foundation. The event is intended to serve as a platform connecting SMEs, manufacturers, start-ups, buyers and international partners operating across the food and food processing sectors.
